By accessing or using Long Drive Leads ("the Service"), operated by Long Drive Marketing LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Long Drive Leads is a lead management and customer relationship management (CRM) platform that helps businesses capture, track, and manage sales leads through automated notifications, workflow automation, and reporting tools.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree not to use the Service to: send unsolicited communications (spam), violate any applicable laws, transmit harmful or malicious content, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. We process your data solely to provide the Service.
The Service integrates with third-party services including Twilio (SMS), Resend (email), Supabase (database), and QuickBooks (billing). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan tier. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Free tier accounts may be subject to usage limits.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked. We may retain your data for up to 90 days after termination for backup purposes.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
